Ultra Modern Apartments is a Cygnum offsite timber-frame project. The scheme comprises 178,831 sq.ft and was completed in 2011. The project architect was MGM Associates. Key design features include – 12no. Ultra modern apartment pavilions – Stunning new designs incorporate glass, steel & timber. Cygnum’s timber-frame solution includes Three to five storeys high – Design with large cantilever overhangs on all sides – Floor to ceiling.
